What should I send about a boiler fault?
Your postcode, boiler make and model, any displayed error code, and whether heating, hot water or both are affected. A photograph of the display can help.
Can I get a price for a new boiler?
Yes. The quote depends on your hot water demand, existing system, location and the work needed. We’ll discuss the details before recommending an option.
Will a power flush fix my boiler?
Not necessarily. Cleaning may help when sludge is restricting water flow, but it cannot repair failed components. The cause of the fault needs checking first.
